The Destination Nowhere production by What The Gravel came to an aburpt halt after the weather deterred the team to continue its journey. Rudy, Mouse and Pinkie travelled from Bellville towards Clan William before the recent Cape Storm discouraged them to continue on their north-bound journey.
Shortly after 10am on Monday, the team hit their first obstacle at Marcuskraal Camp Site when an uprooted tree covered the track back to the main road. They managed to get out at around 11am and proceeded to Clan William, but the constant rain and wind played no part in creating film-worthy content to promote the region as a recreational megastop.
Instead, they changed direction, leaving Clan William to travel towards Lambert’s Bay. As night fell, they opted to cancel the journey and seek shelter to film another day.
