Cape Chronicle Publishing is expanding its network of independent contributors across the Western Cape and is inviting passionate, knowledgeable individuals to become part of our publishing team.
This opportunity is available exclusively to permanent residents of the Western Cape.
As an Independent Contractor, you will create and publish original editorial and sponsored content under your own independent business. This is not employment, and it is not a job offer. You work independently, choose your own assignments, build your own client relationships, and earn income on a commission basis.
Build Your Own Media Business
As part of the Cape Chronicle network, your profile will be listed on our Contact page, making it easy for businesses, organisations and members of the public to contact you directly regarding advertorial and sponsored content opportunities.
You will invoice and receive payment directly from your clients at the rates published in our official Rate Card. Cape Chronicle retains only a small editorial oversight fee to review submissions for legal compliance, factual integrity and adherence to our Editorial Standards before publication.
This model allows you to develop your own client base while benefiting from the credibility, visibility and publishing platform of Cape Chronicle.
